Hi Pal! It’s Nice To Finally Meet You!

I'm really good at holding the both/and of life.

Let me tell you what's true:

I'm the friend who shows up at your door with cookies when you're crying, AND I'm the first one pulling you onto the dance floor when it's time to celebrate.

I run two businesses (The Highway Brewing Company and Kit's) AND am raising three earth-side kiddos – without losing my mind (most days).

I know what it feels like to be completely lost in different seasons of womanhood AND I've learned tools to find my way back to myself through it all.

After losing my daughter Kit, I tried all the conventional self-care practices that provide temporary relief AND I discovered the deeper work of self-resourcing that creates lasting change.

I've walked through profound grief AND found unexpected, deeper joy and vibrancy on the other side.

The Why Behind My Work…

It started with something I couldn't ignore.

While hosting workshops at Kit's, I noticed women lingering afterward, reluctant to leave. They'd approach me with the same whispered confessions:

"I really needed this."

"It feels so good to be with other women like this."

"I can't remember the last time I did something just for me."

These weren't casual comments—they were revelations: women recognizing out loud that they'd been neglecting something essential.

From twenty-somethings to retirement-age women, they shared a common hunger—for time to breathe, learn, connect with other women, and resource themselves in ways that lasted longer than a manicure.

Women weren't just craving a night out. They were craving spaces to grow and remember parts of themselves set aside in service of everything and everyone else.

That realization fuels my work today—creating intentional spaces where women can exhale, connect, and learn sustainable self-resourcing practices that change everything.

Because when women are fully resourced, they don't just survive their busy lives—they become vibrant. And that vibrancy ripples out to their families, work, communities, and beyond.

This is about changing how women show up in the world.

Everything Else

My days are filled with running two thriving businesses in West Branch, Michigan: The Highway Brewing Co. and Kit’s. I get to do that alongside my partner-in-everything and husband-extraordinaire, Ethan! We literally have facing desks in our office (so cute). Leading our teams fills me with a “we ride at dawn” energy – I love those humans so much! I’m also having the actual time of my life (and learning so much about Pokemon) raising three little boys. Life is FULL!
